Training on Communication Skills and Stress Management

Azerbaijan Institute of Theology (AIT) organized a training on Communication skills and stress management.

The training was conducted by Sociologist Jahid Imamoghlu, Head of the Adoption Department of the Social Services Agency and was attended by the Institute staff.

The training covered communication styles, discussions, active listening, questioning, speech and other criteria. It also discussed stress in the workplace as well as its management and prevention.

The training included interactive-practical projects, group work, and discussions.
