AIT held a meeting with students

Azerbaijan Institute of Theology (AIT) held a meeting with the students of the Faculty of Theology on summer exam session. The session will start on June 3 and will last till June 28. Examinations will be held in oral and written form in accordance with the approved schedule.

AIT rector Jeyhun Mammadov met with students before the exam session and wished them success. The Rector advised the students to study for the sake of the development of their knowledge rather than for excellent scores, “As students of Azerbaijan Institute of Theology, your responsibility is both serious and honorable. I wish you success in this glorious path.”

The Rector noted that the preparation for examinations was organized at the maximum level. The Institute aims to assess students’ knowledge objectively in order to become a student-centered institution. He emphasized that security measures will be taken during the examinations and the results will be evaluated on the basis of the approved guidelines.

The Rector focused on the problems that concern students and expressed his confidence that they will successfully pass the exam session. Jeyhun Mammadov said that he will personally control the examinations during the sessions and students will be able to contact him about their problems.

Mirniyaz Mursalov, Dean of the Faculty of Theology wished the students success in their exams. He urged the students to take an active part in the examination process and help the exam board to eliminate problems concerning exams. Sharing his opinion with the students, M. Mursalov advised them to write comprehensive responses taking maximum advantage of their knowledge.

It should be noted that the Institute has signed a regulatory order to organize the summer session of the 2018-2019 academic year in accordance with the current regulations of the Ministry of Education and ensure transparency and objectivity in the assessment of students’ knowledge.
